Neither inside, nor outside. Considerations on the structure of the subject and of language in Jacques Lacan

This paper proposes some phenomenological considerations on the relations between "subject," "language" and "World" in the perspective of the overcoming of the traditional opposition between "inner" and "outer." This work deals preliminarily with the renewed topicality of the problem of psychologism in the light of the neurosciences, touching on the theme of Heideggerian Being-in-the-world. After that, the paper directs attention to some topological properties of the Möbius strip and of the psychoanalytic investigation of language to illustrate the structure of subjectivity proposed by Jacques Lacan.

Questo contributo propone alcune considerazioni fenomenologiche sulle relazioni tra “soggetto," "linguaggio" e "Mondo" nella prospettiva del superamento della tradizionale opposizione tra "interno" ed "esterno." Viene trattata preliminarmente la rinnovata attualità del problema dello psicologismo nella luce delle neuroscienze, toccando il tema dell’essere-nel-mondo heideggeriano. In seguito, il testo si concentra su alcune proprietà topologiche del nastro di Möbius e sull’indagine psicoanalitica del linguaggio per illustrare la struttura della soggettività proposta da Jacques Lacan.
