In this essay the author tries to demonstrate the educational meaning of the “difference”, considered as knowledge, respect and possibility of the integration of the “others”. It is fundamental to understand the central role and the complexity of education of the difference. But, to better understand the “others” it is fundamental a psycho-pedagogical approach to avoid that difference, especially in adolescence, could bring the individual to have a disturbed personality.
