The paper presents the planning and the implementation of a technological platform expressly made for a research on didactical management within e-learning environments, focusing on the first step which is the survey of cognitive styles. After a brief introduction, where is underlined the opportunity to detect users features in order to assure a better training quality within e-learning environments, is presented a brief examination on cognitive styles features and on the motivation which brought the research group to the choose of a particular conceptual model in order to lead the research. According to theese considerations, is presented: - the research planning, which aim is to survey the relation between the preference of didactical resources used during users interaction with the platform and the cognitive style detected; - the description of the technological platform constituted by different didactical resources in multiple forms.
