In the present work, a software module called email_module, used as an automatic updating of the Knowledge Base (KB) of an intelligent Agent called TutorBot is described for the support of tutoring activities on-line. The electronic mail is particularly used for the management of the requests forwarded by the learners who have not found any answers in the interaction learner-TutorBot, and to allow an appropriate answer from the teacher who will simultaneously and automatically enrich the Agent Knowledge Base. The aim of this paper is consequently to optimise the interactive processes through the Intelligent Agent (TutorBot), to guarantee a better sharing of the knowledge and an appropriate support to the tutoring activities on-line. The interaction mechanism between TutorBot and the Email_module will be described in order to improve the management of the teaching contents and to reduce the human activities that are necessary.

Abstract
The interaction mechanism between TutorBot and the Email_module will be described in order to improve the management of the teaching contents and to reduce the human activities that are necessary.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
