After 16 years, many governments and the revolution took place in the media, we find that the problems are still present and that these, other, even more important, were added.The importance that took the interception in recent years in Italy is undoubted.It is a concrete proof of the exponential increase in demand for consultancy or expert opinion in transcription. In addition we note the large number of judgments based just on wiretapping and legal report of transcriptions.
