The aim of this paper is to illustrate a technique ofintegration between TutorBot1 and QR codes, used to labelreal objects during learning activities in direct educationalcontexts (egc. Situated learning and Authentic Learning).TutorBot knowledge base, structured in AIML (ArtificialIntelligent Markup Language), is questioned in naturallanguage using a mobile device (smart-phones, tablet, etc ...)that, with a specific software decodes the instructionscontained in a QR label placed on the real object observed bythe learner. Through the information contained in the QRCodeTutorBot provides, in natural language, labeled objectdescription and refers to further investigations: for examplereferring to multimedia resources related to the observedobject. With the help of these tools, learners can expand theirlearning experience by interacting directly with a virtual tutorand real with the virtualworld. With this technique, the activity of learning by doing,Situated Learning, Authentic Learning and CollaborativeLearning, can be enhanced and virtualized by increasing theeducational efficiency.

Abstract
With this technique, the activity of learning by doing,Situated Learning, Authentic Learning and CollaborativeLearning, can be enhanced and virtualized by increasing theeducational efficiency.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
