A new approach is proposed in this work for antenna near-field phase recovery. Indirect holographic technique is adopted, but combining the signals directly in the spatial domain, thus avoiding the indesired overlapping between the spectral components of hologram, usually occurring in the standard approach. The effectiveness of the improved technique is confirmed by numerical simulations on a 21 elements X-band antenna array.

Abstract
