El presente trabajo es un intento de analizar el origen del concepto de "curriculum" de Dewey por la lectura del ensayo de 1902, "El niño y el curriculum." El análisis de este trabajo va a surgir algunos problemas, tales como el papel central de la posibilidad de ser entendida como las actitudes y de los recursos sociales, tanto en adultos como en niños.

Il presente lavoro è un tentativo di analisi dell’origine del concetto di ‘curriculum’ in Dewey attraverso la lettura del saggio del 1902 "The Child and the curriculum". Dall’analisi di questo saggio emergeranno alcune questioni, quali il ruolo centrale delle potenzialità, da intendere come ‘attitudini’ e risorse sociali, sia negli adulti ma soprattutto nei bambini.
