PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deoxynucleotide carrier regulating toxic effect of a chemotherapeutic compound and an anti-virus compound. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a mitochondoria deoxynucleotide carrier (DNC) transporting a deoxynucleoside diphosphate, (a) catalizing exchange of dATP for dADP or ADP according to the first order kinetics and rate constant of 0.02 min<-1> , (b) having optimum pH at 6.8, and (c) exchanging dATP from dNDPs more effectively than in the cases of NTPs, dNTP, dNMPs and pyrophosphate.
