Abstract
The environmental technologies almost always comply with regulation that, in turn, is interdependent with the quality of institutional environment. In order to assess the effects of regulation on the adoption of environmental technologies, it is important to understand the interaction between regulation and rule of law, which is one of the important institutions. We build a framework for a theoretical model to demonstrate the importance of reinforcing the rule of law for more efficient environmental technology adoption.File in questo prodotto:
