This paper proposes a monthly utilizability probability distribution calculation method, by using data input average monthly value and standard deviation of overall radiation for locality under consideration. The method is based on the observation that the monthly values of the clearness index relative to a determinate month has a distribution that can be considered normal. The hourly values of the necessary radiation for the utilizability calculation are obtained in two phases. First of all, it was once known that the monthly clearness index, Markov’s matrix library a monthly sequence of daily clearness index is generated, successively from the daily values are estimated. The paper, after a comparison among the monthly utilizability values calculated within the generated and measured hourly data, describes the construction and properties of the utilizability probability curve.
