Focusing our attention on the use of the new technologies ICT in education environment, in order to guarantee more and more flexible and effective educative atmospheres, in the present work after having described the main features of the present education models (based on the constructivist model), the analysis of the tools to implement in contexts of on-line learning will be taken into consideration to support all the actors involved in the various processes. In particular, TutorBot, an intelligent agent able to provide answers to the queries directly asked by learners in a natural language, that sets off the aim to encourage the new paradigms in the educative environments, will be described with a double aim: supporting the learning and tutoring on line activities addressed to the learners and at the same time providing a supporting tool to the teachers’ activities. Finally, paying attention to the optimum management of TutorBot knowledge base, a software module (Email_module) will be described, that allows to update it automatically through the tool of the e-mail, used to provide the answers from the part of the teacher in the situations of informative lacks, in which no correspondence in the interaction between the learners’ queries and TutorBot knowledge base is found.
