This paper concerns the topic of inter-firm organisational models. It proposes a Model for analysis and design of the inter-firm interactions into the technological and productive chain. The elaboration of the Model was based on a theoretical and empirical research: its hypothesis were tested on some success firm cases, very carefully examined, which allowed to refine and to put right the Methodology. The Model is founded on the measuring of the "Coherence degree" between two reference parameters: 1. "Interdependence-between-Activities"; 2. "Co-ordination modalities". The research applied the Model on a set of agro-food firms in Calabria (South of Italy) and this paper shows the synthetic results. The authors retain that the Model is a still efficacious instrument for analysis and design of the inter-firm interactions in the technological and productive chain.

Abstract
The authors retain that the Model is a still efficacious instrument for analysis and design of the inter-firm interactions in the technological and productive chain.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
