A unique and unmistakable monument, ancient place of culture and spirituality, the Three Holy Hierarchs Monastery is located in the historical center of Iasi in Romania. It is still today one of the most famous Romanian feudal complex architecture, an architectural masterpiece famous for the richness and the scenography of the decorations that characterize it strongly. In the cultural perspective, direct to develop the prevention of the deterioration of the monument and in particular of the stone surfaces in this important architecture , was prepared a diagnostic plan. The process of knowledge involves a preliminary step of pre- diagnosis, in which the artefact is considered in its territorial context a phase that focuses specifically on the monument, dedicated to the diagnosis, in order to reach, in post-diagnosis step, to the definition of the interventions.
