The construction and symmetry properties of a simple Mandala are explored with the aid of Mathematica 5.2 ( © 2005 Wolfram Research). Focus is made on what we call "Mandala configurations" generated by modular arithmetic algorithms and possible implications into the field of mathematical education are discussed.
