The essay sums up the new concept of subjectivity which is widely spread nowadays, starting from the transvaluation of values in the “Philosophies of crisis”. Some important issues of Heidegger’s, Jaspers’, and also Sartre’s Hermeneutics are discussed, such as Nothingness, the issues of human finitude and state of expatriation, the implication of the positive and the negative and the issue of tragic, so as to reconsider these hermeneutical and existential themes in relation to the Grundprobleme of the current philosophical horizon.
