The monograph consists of a series of lectures given by the authors in the Universities of Vigo, Calabria, Ruse and Santiago de Compostela. The monograph is organized in three self-contained parts, one by each author as follows: Part 1. A short course on positive solutions of systems of ODEs via fixed point index, by Gennaro Infante. Part 3. Singular $phi$-Laplacians – fixed point and variational methods, by Petru Jebelean.
