The paper deals with a new paradigm for project management implemented by the Italian Air Force. The new approach, named TouchGo, can be viewed as an adaptation of the Prince2 method. In particular, after defining the new paradigm, we shows an application with a product-oriented approach, to implement a Quality Management System for the Department of Didactic and Managerial Training of the Italian Air Force, focusing on the importance of the hierarchies typical of the Armed Forces, on Learned Lessons and on Risk Management. Then, we carried out a qualitative analysis comparing the Touch Go method with Prince2 and other project management methodologies. The aim of the paper is to present a completely new methodology of project management and to emphasize its easy application in any working context. In this regard, in the paper it was reported a case study as a practical demonstration of the methodology.
