Modern trends in the development of industrial enterprises are characterized by changes in factors affecting their functioning: innovations and new technologies, increasing competi-tion, changing customer requirements for product quality. From this point of view, standard-ization is the key element of the quality management, which is vital for satisfying customer needs and ensuring sustainable development of business. This paper proposes to use archi-tectural approach for analysis and improvement of business processes for implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
