It is widely recognized that, to go beyond the usual income-related aspect of wellbeing, it is fundamental to consider well-being as a multidimensional phenomenon concerning several dimensions of people’s lives. Until recently, a number of countries and organizations proposed their own well-being measures and multidimensional well-being has been mainly studied at country level. However, the well-being of individuals living in the same country might differ from one region to another. The focus of the chapther is centered on the possibility of connecting the Well Being generated in all the Italian Regions in the period 2010-2015, estimated through a factor analysis, to some aspects of economic, social and environmental sustainability.
