The management of the public health emergency connected with the spread of Covid–19 infections in Italy in 2020 has prompted a response from the Government on the regulatory level. The measures issued by the Italian Government have produced a series of consequences, which affected both the relations between the executive power and the judiciary power and between central and peripheral institutions determining conflictual outcomes. This paper aims therefore to set out some brief considerations on the historical reasons of the conflicts between the previously mentioned powers.

Abstract
The management of the public health emergency connected with the spread of Covid–19 infections in Italy in 2020 has prompted a response from the Government on the regulatory level. The measures issued by the Italian Government have produced a series of consequences, which affected both the relations between the executive power and the judiciary power and between central and peripheral institutions determining conflictual outcomes. This paper aims therefore to set out some brief considerations on the historical reasons of the conflicts between the previously mentioned powers.File in questo prodotto:
