Abstract
In this paper, I would like to avoid (as far as possible) these kinds of misreadings. In my attempt to do justice to Saussure, I will not present his views as a form of Cognitivism avant la lettre; I rather think that, even if Saussure’s theory seems to put the focus on linguistic systems, this does not imply neglecting the role of the speaking subjects. On the contrary, the speaking subject’s consciousness and skills are the only raison d’être of language as a system.File in questo prodotto:
