In UN’s 2030 Agenda, the issue of the circular economy promoted by the twelfth goal (UN 2015) is addressed; among the tools for implementing this agenda, the European Union has proposed punctual or corresponding waste pricing (TARIP) in the local area, aimed at reducing waste and improving the quality of separate waste collection, with the reduction of the undifferentiated fraction. The purpose of this work is to analyze the trend of waste production at national level and to evaluate the impact of the TARIP as an eco-sustainable tool adopted by some administra tions in place of the TARI (waste tax). The production of waste in the Emilia-Romagna region was assessed, which favored the adoption of the TARIP, and the impact of punctual pricing in two provincial capitals, Ferrara and Forlì, which adopted the new tariff regime.

Abstract
The production of waste in the Emilia-Romagna region was assessed, which favored the adoption of the TARIP, and the impact of punctual pricing in two provincial capitals, Ferrara and Forlì, which adopted the new tariff regime.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
