At Carthage, a Tunisian-Italian team had conducted an exploration of the theater NO (Dec. Max., dec. I South and II South, card. XVII-VIII East) and the amphitheater. Two surveys (2018- 2019) have affected the timeline concerning insulae XVII-X est (m. 135 x m. 35). The “sigillata” ceramics from the third and fourth centuries AD made up 32% of the total diagnostic fragments. A thermal bath was discovered. Furthermore, reliefs were discovered in the amphitheater, and they were found in the expansion of the summa cavea. From this, it is possible to speculate on two architectural phases: a first century phase, and a further expansion in the second-third century

Abstract
From this, it is possible to speculate on two architectural phases: a first century phase, and a further expansion in the second-third centuryI documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
