Clinical data management plays a crucial role in optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of medical treatments, particularly in complex surgical contexts such as cystectomy. Physicians may also need access to similar clinical cases and patient data to define the best procedure. We present a general purpose mechanism to access clinical cases that can be adopted in any health data management system. The proposed tool has been tested at the Urology Department of the Annunziata Hospital in Cosenza (Italy). The proposed tool has been designed to support physicians in planning cures and patient treatments.
