Contemporary urban realities must face increasingly complex environmental and social challenges, with the aim of configuring themselves as energy-efficient, green and resilient cities. In this vision, the research aims to highlight the importance of integrating positive energy solutions with greening strategies in urban regeneration projects, proposing a qualitative approach aimed at evaluating interventions on degraded and disused areas. The study conducted, based on three Italian case studies, is aimed at providing a cognitive framework useful for the definition of theoretical and operational models necessary to face current challenges, also supporting Public Administrations in sustainable planning processes.

Abstract
Contemporary urban realities must face increasingly complex environmental and social challenges, with the aim of configuring themselves as energy-efficient, green and resilient cities. In this vision, the research aims to highlight the importance of integrating positive energy solutions with greening strategies in urban regeneration projects, proposing a qualitative approach aimed at evaluating interventions on degraded and disused areas. The study conducted, based on three Italian case studies, is aimed at providing a cognitive framework useful for the definition of theoretical and operational models necessary to face current challenges, also supporting Public Administrations in sustainable planning processes.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
