Abstract
Research activities in the framework of millimeter-wave applications are presented and discussed. Studies are focused on the investigation of low-losses dielectric substrates, such as benzocyclobutene, and hybrid array configurations for efficient broadband performances at millimeter frequencies. Dielectric properties of BCB are characterized up to 65 GHz from S-parameter measurements on a conductor-backed coplanar waveguide (CBCPW). Validation examples of both technology and design approaches are reported.File in questo prodotto:
