The use of printed reflectarrays as permanent scatterersin SAR interferometry is investigated. The required feature of a backscatteredfield in a fixed direction of incidence is obtained as in the usuallyemployed corner-reflectors, with a more stable and flat structure. A10-GHz prototype has been successfully designed and tested.
