The results here presented introduce an easy analytical approach for the identification and assay of Stevia sweeteners in commercially available soft drink, based on Liquid Chromatography (LC) coupled to Tandem Mass Spectrometry (MS/MS), using a natural statin like molecule, Brutieridin, as internal standard.
