ABSTRACT:The Environmental Wealth, like architectural landscape Wealth and urban settlement, represent a property of the Italian countries. However, the public and private property are often in such degrading conditions that is not possible to guarantee them persistence during the time. Structural deterioration, anthropic bad use of the environment, earthquakes and erosion are added to a consolidate lack of social attention, maintenance and safeguard; unless in limited zones of particular history and tradition. Recently, the sensibility towards the environmental problems has changed, it receives not only the cultural aspect but the possible economics advantages induced from its recovery and its correct use also, it is promoting a series of public interventions on all the national territory.A substantial program is on its way in Calabria where are the most serious and the most diffused degradation of all the territory and of all the urban installations.
