This issue of the Applied Mathematics and Computation consists of a collection of research papers dealing with various aspects of infinite and infinitesimal in Mathematics, Computer Science, and natural sciences. The main bulk of the papers (18 out of 20) have been presented at the international workshop ‘‘Infinite and Infinitesimal in Mathematics, Computing and Natural Sciences’’ held in Cetraro, Italy in May, 17–21, 2010.
