Abstract
The article focuses on the brief exchange of verses between Florus and Hadrian quoted in the Vita Hadriani by Spartianus. The author suggests to expunge a verse ascribed to the emperor Hadrian in order to keep the two compositions symmetric, in place of the most common critical position lying in the conjecture of a lacuna in Florus' verses.File in questo prodotto:
