Only recently does the UE seem to have gained awareness about the relevance of its intervention in the economy, through the institution of long-term intervention programs, which are also transversal among the industrial contests, as the European Investment Fund (EIF) and the European Fund for Strategic Investment (EFSI). The present work aims to study these figures, in order to examine their innovative profiles and to evaluate their potential. The solutions set up by the European legal system seem to reveal the beginning of a new stage of the integration process, in which more intense synergies among operators from different backgrounds would be able to allow an effective cohesion among European and national interests, potentially sensitive to private issues.

Abstract
Only recently does the UE seem to have gained awareness about the relevance of its intervention in the economy, through the institution of long-term intervention programs, which are also transversal among the industrial contests, as the European Investment Fund (EIF) and the European Fund for Strategic Investment (EFSI). The present work aims to study these figures, in order to examine their innovative profiles and to evaluate their potential. The solutions set up by the European legal system seem to reveal the beginning of a new stage of the integration process, in which more intense synergies among operators from different backgrounds would be able to allow an effective cohesion among European and national interests, potentially sensitive to private issues.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
