The relationship between media and music industry allows to read the current changes in communication in the dual twofold perspective that, on the one hand, shows the media transformations following the advent of digital technologies and, on the other hand, highlights the elements of continuity with the past. The thesis that we want to support in this work is that, despites the success of digital media, traditional ones (especially radio and TV) continue to be means of the music industry, both for the organization and dissemination of music products, as well for music listening practices.
