The transition from face-to-face to remote activities also involved the 'Serviziosociale.POT' project, aimed at promoting orientation and tutoring actions. The partner universiversities of the project in Catania, Cosenza and Messina have rearranged the interventions by sharing the training of tutors in order to set up online the inbound orienting services for students of high schools and the tutoring ones for those enrolled in their study courses in social service. This contribution proposes some considerations on the learning process derived from the experience also for the return to face-to-face training, highlighting the innovative aspects and the exchange of good practices between the different universities.
