The world today is populated by a variety of people who - as never before in history - find themselves in the physical and virtual conditions of entering into relationships with each other. However, precisely in the time of multiculturalism, there is a crisis of authentic and qualitatively significant relationships within which human beings can effectively experience others. The task of education, and in particular of formal education, is to provide the person with a cognitive, methodological and value-based beacon with which to face this precious opportunity, eliminating opportunities for conflict.
