Contemporary society is characterized by sudden and overwhelming technological changes. A.I. is transforming our lives and our work. This has a strong influence even on the classic categories of criminal dogmatic, althought criminal law is the most anthropocentric among the legal areas. Assisted or evenself-driving vehiclesmake difficult to identify the subjects who are responsible in case of an accident and it's even more complexto identify the rules of behavoiur on which the negligence is based. About the subject responsibles, it depends on the degreeof automation. More difficult to frame in fees of predictability and avoidability the new events that may occur after the spread of self-drivings car. These are complex issues for which, however, it's necessary to find answers quickly.
