This article offers a comprehensive review of Italian and international scientific literature, analyzing the definition of inclusion, the most effective teaching strategies, and the main challenges within the Italian context. Particular attention is given to the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) approach and the crucial role of teacher training, highlighting the need for a systematic commitment to achieving a truly inclusive school.
