Standards for edge-collaborative computing are critical to enable 6G, especially in healthcare services that need deterministic latency, higher reliability, interoperability, and sustainable operation under mobility and heterogeneous access. The work presents the SAOT (Standard-compliant AI-Orchestrated Task-Scheduling) framework, designed to provide reliable, low-latency for 6G healthcare services within vehicular networks. Through this standardised and interoperable architecture, the system utilises AI to orchestrate workloads from ambulances and wearable devices, dynamically optimising compute resource selection (edge or cloud), connection paths, and energy efficiency. The work is validated through EdgeCloudSim and SUMO, the framework demonstrates improved service reliability, reduced service-time variability, and stable orchestration behaviour under heterogeneous mobility and edge-cloud conditions.
