From Life to Life: through new materials and plasmonics

Nature has already solved many of the problems we are facing nowadays, since animals and plants are the consummate engineers that went through billions of years of research and development to discover the secret to survival. From Life to Life is a multidisciplinary scientific initiative based on the fundamental idea that human challenges about life need sustainable solutions by emulating nature’s time-tested patterns and strategies. The goal is to create new ways of thinking based on strategies, processes and materials that are well-adapted to life on earth over the long haul. These sustainable solutions are supposed to come by harnessing evolutive form-function relationships.
