This chapter aims at presenting the ImaginationTools⢠music software and the results of its usability evaluation. In particular, the software uses mathematical models to generate, analyze and synthesize sound and music through a 3D graphical user interface, and its design followed a User-Centred Strategy. Usability evaluation was carried out with thirteen subjects between 18 and 40 of age, showing the suitability of the adopted participatory strategy.
