Educazione, alterità e dimensione corporea. Note fenomenologiche sulla persona

Corporeality and physicality make manifest the concrete identity of the person in its most radical and broadest sense. The body continually speaks the silent language of interiority, of the essence of the person which, precisely through physicality, poses, movements, facial expressions and gestures, expresses the changes that continually occur in the depths of feelings. In interaction with others, the most intimate instances that animate a person's identity, their authentic way of being, are continually expressed through movements: expectations, tensions, longings, disorientation, surprise, amazement, but also anxieties, fears, fears, desires. Through this continuous communicative exchange of bodily signs, a profound dynamic of encounter, recognition and comparison with otherness is activated which opens up new interpretative methods of existence, of the most authentic meaning and axiological values of life itself.
